Shorter Plus implants represent the latest implant evolution thanks to a modified shape of the Sloping Shoulder that allows to increase the surface area in contact with the bone and also increases the Crestal Modul to allow the possibility of keep the implant in contact with the dental roots and between them. This increase in crestal bone also allows better masticatory forces to be discharged.
The new configuration of the Sloping Shoulder allows to have greater bone at inter-implant and interdental level and therefore of soft tissue allowing a maximum gingival esthetic.
The vertical lines of the plant increase the surface and resistance to the rotation forces.
The presence of GBR chambers on the implant surface maximizes the rate of bone regrowth.
